Anonymous asked: You said you workout 5 days a week about 1.5 hour session. Do you all 3 lifts that same day with some accessory work? Or do you 1 key movement a day (ie. DL, bench, squat)? Do you do a max effort lift days? Or a dynamic effort lift days? When it comes to your 3 lifts. Or do you jus go by what you feel like for that day of llifting?
